Our award winning vodka is inspired by the ingredients that make it: New York grain and Catskill Mountain Water. It’s grain forward flavor comes from the ingredients; soft red winter wheat and floor-malted barley.
Gin
Rock Valley Spirits gin is the only gin to use wild foraged juniper from the Catskills. It is triple distilled in a copper pot still using 11 botanicals.
SINGLE MALT WHISKEY
Our Single Malt Whiskey is mashed from 100% floor malted New York Barley and pure mountain water. It is fermented in open wooden washbacks and then double distilled in a copper pot still. Aged in our stone cellars in American white oak.
